Deanna is the Clinical Educator – Social Worker for Agrace Hospice Care, a not-for-profit hospice based in Fitchburg, WI that serves South Central Wisconsin. She holds a doctorate in social work, is licensed as an Advanced Practice Social Worker, and is certified in Advanced Palliative and Hospice Social Work, with additional certification in advanced dementia care. Her work is shaped by personal experience supporting loved ones with dementia as well as over a decade of professional practice. Dr. Rymaszewski creates education that empowers healthcare professionals, families, caregivers, and community members with practical tools for end-of-life care, dementia care, advance care planning, and grief support. She strives to promote support and care centered on dignity, empathy, and human connection.
