- Define Voluntary Stopping Eating and Drinking (VSED), discuss the importance of advance care planning for this end-of-life option, and recognize the palliative symptom needs and ethical challenges associated with this end-of-life option.
- Define the different types of Cardiovascular Implantable Electronic Devices (CIEDs) and summarize the ethical and legal considerations in their deactivation.
