Moreen Burkart, MT-BC, is a board-certified music therapist with over a decade of experience specializing in older adults with chronic and neurologic conditions. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in Music Technology with minors in business and psychology from St. Mary’s University, and a Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy from Augsburg University. Moreen has advanced training in Neurologic Music Therapy and Hospice & Palliative Care and has developed two hospice music therapy programs, securing more than $300,000 in grant funding to support these services. A published author in the Journal of Palliative Medicine and a sought-after presenter, she has delivered over 50 professional presentations nationwide.
