Elizabeth Klint has worked in healthcare since 2003, beginning her career in New York City as an acute care nurse at NYU Langone Medical Center and later as a trauma nurse at Bellevue Hospital Center. In 2008, she transitioned into hospice care at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, where she served as an admissions and liaison nurse. Beth went on to work as a Hospice Liaison in both New York City and Washington, DC—a role she considers her favorite clinical position in her more than 20-year hospice career.
In December 2016, Beth joined Goodwin Hospice as the organization expanded its services beyond the Goodwin Living campuses. She initially provided palliative care services before being promoted to Director of Nursing in 2018. In August 2021, she assumed the role of Executive Director, where she led the delivery of high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care across settings and advanced innovative programs such as Care Connections and End-of-Life Doula services.
Beth now serves as Director of Education and Clinical Operations at Goodwin Living, where she partners with clinical and organizational leadership across campuses and service lines to strengthen the delivery of care through education, quality, and operational excellence. In this role, she leads the design and implementation of clinical education programs, onboarding and competency development for nursing team members, and interdisciplinary training initiatives that support care across the full continuum—including skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, and hospice.
She is responsible for advancing clinical quality through staff development, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement initiatives, while also providing direct clinical support and leadership as needed. Beth is particularly focused on building strong mentorship and preceptor programs, enhancing care transitions, and ensuring that residents, patients, and families experience seamless, high-quality care wherever they call home.
With a passion for education, innovation, and compassionate care, Beth continues to be a leader dedicated to developing clinical teams and improving outcomes across the continuum of care.
