Refunds
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and will refund items within 30 days of purchase if they are defective, damaged, or excessively delayed. Due to the nature of our products, certain items are exempt from refunds. They include:
- online courses that have been viewed.
- printed and emailed bulk newsletter subscriptions that have been mailed/emailed to your distribution list.
- paperback books.
- memberships.
To request a refund, please email [email protected] or call us at 202-457-5811. If approved, refunds are processed, and a credit is applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
HFA makes every effort to expedite the refund process. If you haven’t received an electronic refund after two business days, contact your credit card company or contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If your refund is via check, please allow several days for USPS to deliver.
Returns
HFA is unable to accept returns.
Exchanges
Items will be replaced if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Please document the damage with a photo and contact [email protected]. We will ship a replacement the next business day.
