This informational booklet was created to dispel the all-too-common myths surrounding hospice as well as to explain the hospice philosophy of care, hospice care in a nursing home, how to access hospice care, and more.


Understanding Grief brochure

A useful booklet that provides support, validation, and guidance to those navigating the grief journey. It addresses grief in the immediate aftermath of a death and grief during special times throughout the year that can be particularly difficult, such as holidays and anniversaries.

This helpful booklet addresses the trepidation that many grievers feel on their first day back in the workplace and provides tips to help workers make the often uncomfortable transition back to work more bearable.
