Annual Membership Dues

HFA membership is valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will auto renew on your expiration date unless you cancel your membership. Membership includes access to all live webinar courses released during your membership year, including the Living with Grief® program and associated CEs. On-demand program viewing and CE access ends with your membership expiration.

*Student, Early Career Professional, and Retiree Membership discounts

Individual Student, Early Career Professional, and Retiree memberships are available with proof of status. These are designed for:

• Students engaged in formal study at a college or university and enrolled in, but not limited to, a certificate, associate, undergraduate, graduate, postdoc or fellowship, or residency program. 
• Graduates of an associate, undergraduate, graduate, postdoc or fellowship, or residency program engaged in the first year of their professional career.
• Retirees from the end-of-life or bereavement care field.

Proof of student status

Email to hfamember@hospicefoundation.org your membership form and an official letter from your advisor or registrar that includes the following:

• Your name, school, program type, and anticipated graduation date.
• Confirmation that you are enrolled as a full- or part-time student in a program to earn an associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree. 

Proof of early career professional status

Email a copy of your diploma indicating a graduation date within the past three years to hfamember@hospicefoundation.org. 

Proof of retirement status

Email a letter with your work history, your resume, or your CV, along with proof of age. Retiree membership is available to anyone who has worked in end-of-life care or grief support and is age 62 or older.
