Membership is open to individuals with a professional or personal interest in hospice care and bereavement and to hospices and non-hospice organizations and companies with an interest in end-of-life care, hospitals, health systems, bereavement support centers, funeral homes, associations, and places of worship.

† Average Daily Census

Additional Location membership fees apply when your organization/company has more than one physical location. For example: Your organization is a non-profit hospice with ADC at 110 and two separate physical locations. The organization will purchase a membership at $300, plus two $25 location fees. The total membership fee for the organization is $350 ($300 + $50).
 
Student and Early Career Professional Membership Discount

Individual Student and Early Career Professional annual membership is available at a 50% discount with proof of status and is designed for individuals who are:
  • a student engaged in formal study at a college or university and enrolled in, but not limited to, a certificate, associate, undergraduate, graduate, postdoc or fellowship, or residency program. 
  • a graduate of an associate, undergraduate, graduate, postdoc or fellowship, or residency program engaged in their first year of a professional career.

Proof of Student Status
Please provide an official letter from your advisor or registrar with your membership form. Your letter should include:
  • your name, school, program type, and anticipated graduation date, and
  • confirmation that you are enrolled as a full- or part-time student in a four-year program to an associate’s degree, a bachelor's degree, or as a graduate student. 

Proof of Early Career Professional Status
Please provide a copy of your diploma with your membership form.
